No, we do not have a liquor License. We are a dry hire mobile bar, bar rentals and bartending service business. This means, we provide mostly everything except the Liquor, however most of the packages include a detailed shopping list of what to purchase. Client will have to provide all liquor and ice for the event. We can also provide a list of our preferred Alcohol vendors, if needed.,

Yes, we carry a Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance.

Any cancellation request must be sent via email. Refunds will only be granted if the Reservation was payed in full and requested 14 days prior to the event date. We require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to the event date. If the remaining 50% is not received 7 days before the day of event, the reservation will be forfeited. Postponements will be handled on case by case basis.

We do not allow a rental without a Boots N' Cats bartender..

Rainy or Not the show must still go on. However In the event of rain or bad weather projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services. Tents must be more than 9ft tall inside for our Trailer bar to fit inside.

Gratuities are not included, however tips are customary in the bartending business. If you do not want a tip jar displayed, we will add a 20% gratuity fee added to your package. If you allow a tip jar to be displayed, gratuity will not be added.

Yes, if we are available. We require a full payment at the time of booking, for short Notice Reservations.

Must have clearance and a flat surface for parking the trailer. Trailer dimensions for the Trailer Bar are approximately 7ft wide x 9ft tall x 14ft long; bumper to hitch. Our Mobile Bars require flat level ground for setup and service and clear access for setup and breakdown to enter and leave the location.
