No. We are a dry-hire mobile bar, bar rental, and bartending service. We provide nearly everything except the alcohol. Most packages include a detailed shopping list for your event. Clients supply all alcohol and ice. Preferred alcohol vendor recommendations are available upon request.

Yes. We carry both Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Partial refunds are only considered if the event is paid in full and cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the event. If the final balance is not received on time, the reservation will be forfeited. Postponements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No. All mobile bar, trailer, champagne etc. must include a Boots N’ Cats bartender.

Rain or shine, the show goes on. For outdoor events with projected inclement weather, we’re happy to coordinate with your tent vendor to ensure proper coverage. Please note: tents must have a minimum interior height of 9 feet to accommodate our trailer bar.

Gratuity is not included. Tips are customary in the bartending industry. If you prefer no tip jar, a 20% gratuity will be added to your package. If a tip jar is allowed, no gratuity fee will be applied.

Yes, based on availability. Short-notice bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

A flat, level surface with clear access is required. The trailer bar measures approximately 7 ft wide × 9 ft tall × 14 ft long (bumper to hitch) and needs adequate clearance for parking. Mobile bars also require level ground and unobstructed access for setup and breakdown.
