Our Booking Process

1.) Fill Out A Request a Quote Form

Fill out our Request a Quote Form Questionnaire with basic Information about the type of event to better understand your bar needs.

2.) Receive An Invoice

We'll send over an invoice, customised to your answers. Then, we'll wait for your acceptance response, to confirm and reserve your event date with us.

3.) Submit Deposit and Contract to Get Booked

Once, you've accepted our invoice to confirm and reserve your event date. We'll send over a Boots N' Cats Mobile Bar Contract to you. Then, you'll submit the contract signed and a 50% non refundable deposit to officially reserve your event date.

4.) Create a Menu for the Event

We'll set up a consultation call at your earliest convenience. We'll go over a customized cocktail menu, of what you might have in mind or may choose from our Boots N' Cats Signature Cocktail Menu. Once, you've decided on the Cocktail Menu; you'll receive a full shopping list for the alcohol and all ingredients for the event.

5.) Time to Party

On the day of the event, our talented bartender will set up for the event. We'll set up our mobile bar or trailer bar, equipment and supplies; then we'll organise the bar with the alcohol and ingredients you'll provide for the event. After that, we take care of everything, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your party.
